Social Media Marketing Manager

Lakhani Group, a prominent and expanding name in the digital industry, is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Manager to join their team in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective social media strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Create compelling and platform-specific content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels to identify emerging trends, gather insights, and actively engage with followers.
- Respond promptly and professionally to messages and comments, maintaining strong community relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content and campaigns support broader business goals.
- Analyze social media performance data, prepare detailed reports, and recommend improvements to optimize campaign success.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies relevant and effective.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum of six months’ experience in social media management.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their target audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
