Supply Chain Executive

In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, and logistics distribution. You will use enterprise resource planning systems to analyze data and generate detailed reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to foster collaborative relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. A proactive approach to solving supply chain challenges and improving overall efficiency will be essential to succeeding in this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to ensure efficient procurement, sourcing, and inventory management.
• Lead and manage a team of seven supply chain professionals, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and monitor logistics, distribution, and transportation activities to optimize delivery timelines and reduce costs.
• Implement and maintain enterprise resource planning systems to track supply chain performance and generate actionable reports.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for supply chain optimization.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts, secure materials, and maintain strong partnerships.
• Oversee inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess inventory, optimizing working capital usage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards throughout all supply chain operations.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain seamless supply chain workflows.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
