Technical Business Analyst - Fintech

Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Mid-Level Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to understand business requirements, develop insights, and collaborate across departments to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives. This position requires both analytical and interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with stakeholders and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and document business processes, requirements, and systems to improve operational effectiveness.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business needs.
Conduct data analysis and create detailed reports for informed decision-making.
Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure business solutions meet client requirements.
Identify areas for process improvements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Provide support during project execution and help manage project timelines.
Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and impact analysis for proposed solutions.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Must have 4 - 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Fintech and Stock Applications.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Working days: Monday - Friday (Onsite)
