Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with AI product and engineering teams to identify gaps and improve model performance
• Assess AI model outputs for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to banking standards
• Draft comprehensive written feedback and data annotations based on real-world teller scenarios
• Contribute to the creation of robust training datasets representing a wide spectrum of branch operations
• Stay updated on industry best practices in banking and AI training methodologies
