Textile Quality Inspector

Mustafa Amin Fabric is seeking a dedicated Textile Quality Inspector with at least two years of experience to join our quality assurance team. This role focuses on inspecting fabric materials to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and consistency. The inspector carefully examines textiles for any defects and classifies fabric imperfections according to established industry standards. Attention to detail and thorough knowledge of fabric types and quality control procedures are essential for success in this position. The role does not involve managing a team, allowing the inspector to concentrate fully on fabric evaluation and reporting tasks. The Textile Quality Inspector collaborates closely with production and quality teams to maintain product excellence. This role involves following strict quality control procedures to prevent defective materials from reaching the market. Documentation of inspection results and clear communication with the manufacturing team are important aspects of the job. The inspector also assists in identifying trends in fabric defects to support continuous quality improvement initiatives at Mustafa Amin Fabric.
Responsibilities
 

• Perform detailed inspections of fabric materials to identify defects such as color variations, weaving faults, holes, stains, and other irregularities.
• Classify fabric defects based on severity and type, following company standards and industry quality control guidelines.
• Ensure fabric products meet Mustafa Amin Fabrics quality requirements before approval for production or shipment.
• Document inspection findings clearly and accurately in reports or quality databases.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and provide feedback for defect prevention.
• Follow established quality control procedures to maintain consistency and reliability in product inspection.
• Maintain inspection tools and equipment to ensure accuracy in defect detection.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of fabric quality by analyzing defect trends and suggesting corrective measures.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate inspection schedules and resolve any quality concerns.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies during all inspection activities.
