Role Overview

We are hiring a Warehouse Officer to supervise end-to-end warehouse operations in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment. The role will also oversee packaging activities and coordinate machine operations to ensure smooth production flow, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock reconciliation
• Implement proper storage practices to minimize damage, loss, and inefficiencies
• Coordinate closely with production and procurement teams for material planning

Packaging & Production Coordination

• Oversee packaging operations to ensure output meets quality and quantity targets
• Supervise operation of packaging machinery (filling, sealing, labeling, etc.)
• Ensure proper scheduling and coordination between warehouse and production lines
• Monitor packaging material usage and minimize wastage

Machine & Process Oversight

• Ensure smooth operation of packaging equipment and report/resolve issues promptly
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for breakdowns and preventive maintenance
• Maintain operational discipline and adherence to SOPs on the floor

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure all warehouse and packaging activities follow safety and hygiene standards
• Maintain proper documentation, batch traceability, and labeling accuracy

Requirements

• Experience: 5–7 years in warehouse operations within FMCG or beverage manufacturing
• Prior exposure to packaging operations and machinery supervision is required
• Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse systems
• Basic technical understanding of machinery and troubleshooting
• Good organizational, supervisory, and communication skills
• Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced production environment
