Ticketing Counter Sales Representative (Female)

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Ticketing Counter Sales Representative (female) to join our team in Karachi. This full-time role involves managing ticket sales, assisting customers with their inquiries, processing payments, and ensuring smooth counter operations. Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily ticket sales while providing accurate information regarding ticket prices, schedules, availability, and related services.
- Assist customers politely and professionally with ticket purchases and respond to their inquiries.
- Receive payments, issue tickets, and maintain precise sales and cash records.
- Operate the ticketing or point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Ensure all transactions comply with company procedures and are processed accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional ticket counter environment.
- Address customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile cash at the end of each shift as required.
- Adhere to company policies, operational procedures, and customer service standards consistently.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education of Intermediate level; a Bachelor’s degree is considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in ticket sales, counter sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn ticketing software.
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail, especially when handling payments.
- Honest, punctual, responsible, and well-organized work ethic.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
