Trainee Sales Officer - Battery Manufacturing Industry

S.M.J International Industries 9Pvt) Ltd is an emerging company involved in manufacturing of high-quality Lead Acid Batteries with German Engineering. We have a vast product range catering household, corporate and agriculture needs.

We have nationwide network of dealers and are expanding our sales team. In order to meet our aggressive goals, we are looking for young, energetic and qualified individuals for the post of Trainee Sales Officers.

Key Responsibilities:

Area prospecting and mapping of potential.
Every dealer survey conduction and outlet Universe preparation.
Identification and categorization of battery dealers.
Market segmentation and category Wise Sales Potential identification in assigned area.
Assisting his line manager in dealers’ retention and new dealers’ induction.
Responsible for sales target achievement through horizontal and vertical growth.
Responsible for BTL activities in market for brand equity improvement.
Requirements:

MBA from recognized institution, preferably with experience in relevant field.
Good communication skills and computer literate. Hands on experience in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Should be willing for extensive travelling.
