Vibrant Technology Ltd. is looking for motivated and target-driven Upsellers for our eBook Sales department. We are seeking confident individuals who can communicate professionally with international clients and maximize sales opportunities through effective upselling strategies.

Shift Timing: 08:00 PM – 05:00 AM
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Location: In Person

Requirements
1+ year of experience in eBooks Sales or Upselling preferred
Excellent English communication skills
Strong persuasion and client-handling abilities
Target-oriented and professional attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment

Responsibilities
Communicate with existing and potential clients through calls, chat, and email
Identify upselling opportunities and maximize sales revenue
Maintain client follow-ups and CRM records
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
