Job Summary:

Faiz News Network is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor / Non-Linear Editor (NLE) to edit news packages, talk shows, promos, documentaries, and social media content. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, creativity, and the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced news environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit news bulletins, packages, interviews, and current affairs programs.
• Create engaging promos, teasers, and social media videos.
• Add graphics, transitions, subtitles, and sound effects where required.
• Ensure timely delivery of edited content according to broadcasting schedules.
• Coordinate with producers, reporters, anchors, and the production team.
• Maintain proper backup and organization of video files and projects.
• Ensure video quality, audio clarity, and broadcasting standards are maintained.
• Handle multiple editing tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Media, Film, or relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as Video Editor / NLE in media industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or other editing software.
• Knowledge of news editing and broadcast workflow will be preferred.
• Strong sense of timing, storytelling, and visual creativity.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Salary:

Market Competitive (Depends on Experience & Skills)
