Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Area Manager Seed Production located in Badin (Golarchi). The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing seed production operations, managing teams, developing production plans, and ensuring quality and efficiency in seed production processes.

Qualifications

Select Potential Contractual Farmers and Best Soils in Potential areas
Supervise and Monitor Field team to ensure timely Field Operations and Data collections as per need basis
Manage Crop agronomy in the Field with best Practices
Achieve assigned Acres, Yield and Seed Quality Targets
Coordinate with Regulatory team well in time to meet the requirements of FSC&RD relevant activities
Meet field Quality Standards as per assigned Protocols
Produce Quality Seed to meet the internal and external customers demand.
