Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Assistant Manager role located in Karāchi at Stile. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to overseeing operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the retail outlets. The role will involve providing leadership, driving sales, maintaining inventory, and upholding the company's standards and values.

Qualifications

Leadership, Management, and Team Management skills
Inventory Management and Operational Efficiency skills
Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
Experience in the retail industry is a plus
Master degree in petroleum technology from university of Karachi. 
Bachelor's degree in mechanical technology from Mehran University of engineering and technology.
