We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Manager – Marketing & Client Acquisition to manage the full sales funnel, generate qualified leads, conduct client meetings, and convert prospects into long-term clients, including international clients.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in sales, digital marketing, cold outreach, brand management, client acquisition, and relationship building. The selected candidate will be responsible for prospecting, outreach, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, marketing strategies, and closing client opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients, target markets, industries, international business opportunities, and new client acquisition channels.
  • Manage the full sales funnel from prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, qualification, meetings, proposal sharing, follow-ups, negotiation, and client conversion.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, discovery calls, product/service introductions, and follow-up discussions with local and international prospects.
  • Understand client needs, pain points, and business objectives to position the company’s services effectively and convert opportunities into paying clients.
  • Develop and execute marketing, outreach, and client acquisition strategies to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Prepare proposals, outreach scripts, follow-up messages, and professional client communication where required.
  • Maintain a structured pipeline of leads, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closed deals, while tracking sales and marketing activities regularly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and business partners.
  • Support brand management by maintaining brand consistency across marketing materials, social media, campaigns, and client communication.
  • Assist in developing brand positioning, messaging, promotional campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor competitor branding, market trends, client behavior, and industry opportunities to improve outreach, follow-up, and closing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, client acquisition, lead generation, brand management, or cold outreach.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven experience with cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, client meetings, follow-ups, and sales funnel management.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, branding, social media, lead generation, and client acquisition strategies.
  • Ability to conduct client meetings confidently and convert local and international prospects into clients.
  • Confident in using LinkedIn, email, CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic marketing platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, manage targets, and maintain disciplined follow-ups.
  • Prior experience in a marketing agency, SaaS company, or service-based business will be a plus.
