Your role is simple but impactful—reach out to potential clients, initiate meaningful conversations. No selling—just engagement, rapport-building!

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential leads using pre-set scripts and strategies
• Engage in professional, friendly conversations to gauge interest in real estate opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
• Work towards daily and weekly lead generation targets
• Stay informed about market trends to communicate effectively with prospects

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent English communication skills (neutral or American accent preferred)
• Confidence in making outbound calls and handling objections
• Strong listening skills and the ability to build instant rapport
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM tools (training provided)
• A proactive mindset, self-motivation, and target-driven approach
• Prior experience in cold calling, real estate, or telemarketing is a plus but not required
