Location: On-site, Karachi
Work Hours:

Regular: 06:00 PM – 02:00 AM
Ramadan: 07:30 PM – 04:00 AM (includes a 1.5-hour break for Taraweeh and dinner)
Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Schedule, manage, and publish content across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Monitor social channels and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
Content Management

Work with the creative team to develop engaging content that aligns with the brand and trends.
Collaborate on social media campaigns and manage the content calendar.
Community Engagement

Foster positive interactions by responding to comments and inquiries.
Implement strategies to grow and engage the online audience.
Analytics and Reporting

Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
Prepare reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Meta Ad Campaigns

Manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns, conduct audience research, and optimize results.
Analyze data, generate performance reports, and stay updated with advertising trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with marketing, design, and customer support teams to maintain aligned messaging.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Passion for social media with a strong understanding of various platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of social media analytics tools
Creative mindset for developing engaging content
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
