From taking orders on-call to running restaurant social media campaigns, we ensure that our clients stay ahead. Now we need a creative & results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to take our online presence to the next level!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Develop and run creative social media campaigns for UK restaurants

· Daily posting & engagement on WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram

· Design and run Facebook & Instagram ads to generate leads

· Create eye-catching graphics, reels, and captions (using Canva or similar tools)

· Respond to customer inquiries and comments

· Track performance, analyze results, and suggest improvements

· Work closely with our sales team to align marketing with sales goals

· Stay updated on the latest food industry trends in the UK to keep our campaigns relevant and engaging

REQUIRED SKILLS:

· 3-5 years experience in social media marketing (restaurant, food, or hospitality industry preferred)

· Strong hands-on knowledge of Facebook & Instagram Ads

· Creativity in content creation (graphics, videos, captions)

· Excellent copywriting skills – you must know how to write content that grabs attention!

· Experience in lead generation via social platforms

· Basic understanding of SEO and driving website traffic (bonus skill)

· Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented personality

· Strong coordination skills to work with our sales team

· Understanding of UK restaurant culture & trends will be a strong plus
