Deputy Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Executive & Operational Support o Provide strategic and operational support to the Office of the President o Supporting the Executive Director and the Office of the President by developing analytical reports and presentations covering IHHN’s disease-based, program-based and other institutional requirements, to effectively communicate with varied audiences
Strategic Planning & Institutional Needs o Collaborate with the Resource Development Directorate and executive leadership to identify key funding priorities, including capital projects, grants, scholarships, training programs, and operational needs. o Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to secure support from corporations, foundations, individuals, and government agencies. o Play a key role in the implementation of strategic initiatives to align funding opportunities with IHHN’s long-term goals.
Fundraising & Donor Engagement o Design, develop, and manage fundraising products and programs, ensuring their successful execution. o Engage with major donors and high-net-worth individuals, creating tailored engagement plans to foster longterm partnerships. o Prepare compelling project proposals, including concept development, data collection, and impact assessments. o Develop high-quality grant applications and donor reports, ensuring compliance with funding guidelines and effective utilization tracking.
Data Analysis & Content Development o Curate, manage, and analyze organizational data sets to assess patient impact and support data-driven decisionmaking. o Work closely with communications and marketing teams to develop persuasive donor materials, case statements, and campaign messaging.
Representation & Thought Leadership o Represent IHHN at national and international conferences, symposiums, and industry events to strengthen institutional visibility and donor engagement. o Research and integrate emerging trends in philanthropy, healthcare funding, and donor engagement to optimize fundraising strategies.
