Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the seller growth goal of coins program and achieving them via coordination with the commercial team
• Lead end-to-end management of key strategic initiatives that aim to increase seller engagement and stickiness
• Identify gaps between user operation and commercial team, propose effective solutions to achieve a win-win situation
• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and develop tangible actions to drive higher levels of platform loyalty objectives.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years experience in e-Commerce, bonus if experienced with commercial related scopes
• Rich experience in commercial operation, strong abilities to coordinate with merchants and KAMs, and know how to achieve goals in complex environments
• Great management skills with ability to work fast and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet expectations with minimal supervision
