We are hiring Executive Assistant for one of our client Arrant Construction Inc.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Provide day-to-day executive and administrative support to the CEO.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft and manage professional emails, reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
  • Follow up with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, bids, company profiles, and client presentations.
  • Maintain CRM records and business documentation.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support business development, client relationship management, and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Perform additional executive support duties as assigned by the CEO.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Executive Assistance, Business Development, Administration, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent business writing and documentation skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Experience supporting senior executives or C-level management.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and business management tools.
  • Experience preparing presentations and business reports.
  • Strong coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
