Minimum Qualification: Intermediate / Bachelor’s Degree

Job Responsibilities:

Manage office communications including answering phone calls and emails
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintain office supplies and manage office equipment
Handle filing, scanning, and organizing documents
Assist in visa form processing and legal documentation
Provide administrative support to management and staff
Handle client inquiries and ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:

Gender: Female
Age: 22 to 32 years
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication skills in both English and Urdu
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge of visa processes is a plus
