Trade Manager - NVOCC

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Trade Manager (within the shipping industry) to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute trade strategies to optimize logistics operations and reduce costs.
Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including freight, customs clearance, and warehousing.
Negotiate contracts with vendors, carriers, and service providers to ensure cost efficiency.
Monitor trade regulations and compliance to mitigate risks and avoid delays.
Analyze market trends and customer demand to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
Prepare and present reports on trade performance, costs, and KPIs to senior management.
Mandatory Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in trade management or logistics.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
Shipping industry experience.
Expert in NVOCC (Non Vessel Owning Common Carrier)
Skills:

Strong understanding of international trade laws, shipping processes, and customs regulations.
Proven expertise in supply chain and freight management.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in logistics software and advanced Excel skills.
Competencies:

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Other Details:

Work Mode: Onsite - Full Time
Experience: 5+ years
Days: Monday to Saturday - Half days on Saturday
Timing: 9am-6pm
