We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team and help secure projects through effective proposal writing and client communication. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Upwork’s bidding process and be able to generate high-quality leads.


 

Responsibilities:


 

✅ Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork

✅ Write compelling and customized proposals to attract clients

✅ Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements

✅ Maintain and manage Upwork profiles to improve visibility and credibility

✅ Collaborate with the internal team to align bidding strategies with business goals

✅ Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs


 

Requirements:

🔹 Prior experience in bidding on Upwork or other freelancing platforms

🔹 Excellent English writing and communication skills

🔹 Understanding of IT services, software development, web & mobile applications

🔹 Strong negotiation and client-handling skills

🔹 Ability to work independently and meet targets
