Full job description

Fission Tech is looking for a talented Upwork Bidder to join our growing team. As an Upwork Bidder, you will play a crucial role in securing new projects and building long-term client relationships. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of Upwork's platform, and the ability to craft compelling proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
• Write customized, client-focused proposals to secure high-quality projects.
• Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their requirements.
• Maintain a strong profile presence and ensure all profile elements are updated and optimized.
• Collaborate with the internal team to understand service offerings and pitch them effectively.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for project acquisition.
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and emerging business opportunities.
• Support proposal creation, presentations, and other sales materials as needed.
• Maintain follow-ups with potential clients to nurture relationships and keep them engaged.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months or 1 year of experience as an Upwork Bidder or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Juniors/freshers from computer science backgrounds and having knowledge of proposal writing are welcome to apply.
• No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow is a must.
• Proven ability to close deals and generate revenue through freelancing platforms.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Pay: Rs37,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
