About Us:

We are a growing IT company (software house) specializing in web development, mobile apps, ERP systems. We're looking for a proactive Online Bidder to help us grow our client base by securing quality projects from platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

Bid on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.

Identify potential clients and write compelling proposals to win projects.

Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the technical team.

Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Coordinate with the project delivery team to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.

Regularly update lead pipelines and generate weekly/monthly reports.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in online bidding and lead generation.

Strong understanding of IT services and market trends.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to write customized proposals and communicate value clearly.

Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.

Preferred Skills:

Background in IT or technical knowledge is a strong plus.

Proven track record of successfully acquiring international clients.

Ability to handle client calls and meetings when needed.
