Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Manager with at least 2 years of experience to oversee warehouse operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should be a graduate, proficient in MS Office, and capable of managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are optimized.
Use MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) to generate reports and track inventory.
Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transport teams for timely deliveries.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor and improve warehouse efficiency to reduce costs and enhance productivity.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of inventory management software is a plus.
Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
