Role Overview:

We're on the lookout for a talented and passionate Associate Art Director – Design to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work closely with our Creative Director and client teams to lead the design direction across branding, packaging, print, and digital collaterals.

You’ll be the visual brain behind standout ideas — ensuring every pixel, color, and composition feels intentional and elevates our client’s brand.

What You’ll Be Doing:

🎨 Lead the visual direction for creative campaigns and design projects
📦 Develop branding, packaging, and print design concepts that stand out
🧠 Collaborate with the strategy and copy teams to turn concepts into visuals
📋 Present and defend your design thinking to internal and external stakeholders
🧰 Supervise junior designers and freelancers, providing guidance and feedback
⚡ Stay updated with global design trends and incorporate fresh perspectives into your work

You’ll Thrive If You Have:

✔️ 3–5 years of experience in a design or creative studio environment
✔️ A solid portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and print design work
✔️ Command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) — bonus for motion or 3D skills
✔️ Strong aesthetic sense with a sharp eye for typography and layout
✔️ Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
✔️ Excellent communication and presentation skills
