Role: Character Artist (Full-Time)

We're on the hunt for a talented and imaginative Character Artist who brings life to characters, stylized or realistic, for use in animations, games, films, or digital experiences. You’ll work closely with our 3D team, animators, and creative leads to develop characters that are not only visually stunning but also technically sound for rigging and animation.

What You'll Do:

Create high-quality, stylized or realistic character models from concept to final topology.
Sculpt detailed characters using ZBrush or similar sculpting tools.
Create clean and efficient UV layouts and textures (PBR workflow).
Collaborate with riggers and animators to ensure optimal deformation.
Work with creative leads to match the visual style and storytelling goals.
Participate in feedback loops and actively contribute to team improvements.

Required Skills:

3+ years of experience in character modeling (games, film, or animation).
Proficient in Blender, ZBrush, Maya, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of anatomy, facial expressions, and clothing design.
Experience with texturing software (Substance Painter, Photoshop, etc.).
A solid portfolio showcasing a variety of character work.
Familiarity with rigging and animation-ready topology.
Passion for storytelling through design and character.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity.
Knowledge of hair cards, grooming, and cloth simulation.
Previous work with cinematic or real-time production pipelines.
Understanding of stylized character workflows (Pixar, Fortnite, Arcane style, etc.).
