Position: Video Editor

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal Karachi

Shift: Night Shift – Full Time (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop 2D animations and motion graphics for marketing, social media, and product explainer videos.

Edit and enhance video content, including promotional videos, ads, and social media content.

Work with storyboards, scripts, and voiceovers to create compelling narratives.

Incorporate visual effects, transitions, typography, and sound design to enhance video quality.

Optimize video content for different digital platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and websites.

Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to bring ideas to life.

Stay updated with industry trends, software updates, and best practices in motion design and video editing.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in 2D animation and video editing.

Proficiency in Adobe after Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Strong understanding of motion design, visual storytelling, and video editing techniques.

Experience in creating explainer videos, product demos, social media ads, and branded content.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and post-production processes.

A strong portfolio/demo reel showcasing animation and editing skills.

Experience with 3D animation (a plus, but not required).

Preferred Qualifications:

A degree or certification in Animation, Multimedia, Film Production, or a related field.

Experience working in a marketing agency or production studio.

Familiarity with animation rigs and character animation.
