Responsibilities
 

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers using prescribed call scripts while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • Qualify leads by asking pertinent questions to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
  • Listen actively and respond to customer inquiries, clarifying product features, pricing, and benefits effectively.
  • Maintain a positive and confident demeanor to encourage customer engagement and build rapport.
  • Record call details, customer information, and sales outcomes accurately using computer systems.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively handling objections and closing sales.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during all customer interactions.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve selling techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share feedback and contribute to process improvements.
  • Manage time efficiently to maximize call volume without compromising the quality of customer interactions.
  • Stay informed about new promotions, product updates, and industry trends to provide current information to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
