Job Summary

Human Capital is hiring on behalf of its client for an experienced Senior Manager – Material & Warehouse to join a leading pharmaceutical organization. This strategic leadership role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory management, material planning, and ensuring full regulatory compliance within a GMP environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end material management and warehouse operations
• Ensure compliance with GMP, DRAP, and pharmaceutical regulatory standards
• Oversee inventory planning, stock control, reconciliation, and material accuracy
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, storage, and distribution processes
• Implement systems to improve inventory traceability, accuracy, and cost efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse and materials management teams
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and quality teams for seamless operations

Eligibility Criteria

• Pharm-D (Mandatory)
• 8–12 years of experience in material management and warehouse operations
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is essential
• Strong knowledge of GMP compliance and pharmaceutical warehousing standards
• Excellent leadership, planning, and process improvement skills
