Enorness is seeking a motivated IT Sales Representative with at least one year of experience to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
 

  • Conduct targeted cold calling campaigns to generate new sales leads and expand the customer base.
  • Develop strong relationships with prospective and existing clients by understanding their IT needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Utilize customer relationship management tools to track interactions, manage leads, and follow up effectively.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to articulate the features, advantages, and benefits of IT solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align efforts and maximize customer satisfaction and sales results.
  • Employ solution selling techniques to identify challenges faced by clients and propose appropriate IT products or services.
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that meet customer requirements.
  • Follow up consistently with leads and clients to close sales and secure repeat business.
  • Utilize lead generation tools and data analytics to prioritize prospects and optimize sales outreach.
  • Record and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to inform management decisions.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and self-directed learning.
