TPL Developments is seeking enthusiastic and skilled Contact Centre Representatives to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience and efficiently channeling inquiries to the appropriate teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Professionally and courteously answer incoming customer calls
  • Actively listen to customer inquiries and accurately record relevant information into our systems
  • Identify customer needs and efficiently direct potential sales leads to the sales team
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Contact Centre Representative or in a similar customer service role
  • Excellent fluency in both English and Urdu (essential)
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Exceptional data entry and record-keeping abilities with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to confidently and professionally handle customer inquiries and concerns
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications
  • Must be well-versed and confident in interacting with customers

Added Benefits (Not Essential but Highly Valued):

  • Fluency in additional regional languages (e.g., Sindhi, Pashto, Punjabi)
  • Experience with CRM systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
