This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a leading digital financial service provider and engage directly with customers. As a JazzCash Wallet Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting users with their JazzCash needs, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support and information to customers regarding JazzCash wallet functionalities, services, and promotions.
• Assist customers with account registration, transaction processes, and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter.
• Clearly and effectively communicate with customers via various channels (in-person, phone, potentially others as defined).
• Maintain a thorough understanding of JazzCash policies and procedures to accurately address customer inquiries.
• Efficiently process customer requests and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

• Must possess your own laptop. This is essential for the role.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information and processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain information clearly.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Basic computer literacy and comfortable using digital platforms.
• Ability to work effectively within the specified timings of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
