Education:- High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:- 1-2 years of experience in security, logistics, or related roles

Job Description:-

1. Traffic Management:

• Monitor and direct incoming/outgoing vehicles, pedestrians, and deliveries
• Ensure efficient traffic flow, minimizing congestion

2. Security Protocol:

• Verify identification and authorization of visitors, staff, and vendors
• Maintain accurate records of entries/exits

3. Logistical Coordination:

• Facilitate smooth goods receipt/dispatch processes
• Coordinate with internal teams for efficient cargo movement

4. Visitor Management:

• Greet and assist visitors, providing directions/information
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

5. Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of vehicle movements, visitor logs, and deliveries

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)
• Familiarity with security software/systems
• Basic knowledge of logistics operations
• Experience in customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs37,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
