Job Role: Communication Specialist/ Email Support Specialist - International Campaign (Rotational Shifts)
Job Description:-
· Act as the first line of communication with buyers, thus focusing intently on customer satisfaction and relationship management.
· Entertain and resolve customers' concerns and questions on Amazon and other platforms.
· Manage Feedback to track buyer satisfaction with our service, offer compensation where necessary and manage seller rating.
· Write professional responses to customers’ emails using proper grammar, spelling and punctuation. Use pre-written templates, where appropriate.
· Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction through timely responses to uplift and maintain the customer service rating on Amazon.
· Maintain internal record of customer issues to escalate feedback to concerned team
· Ensure coordination with the Customer Support and all other product teams to deliver accurate solutions to buyers
· Adopt best practices for written communication, record keeping and top quality customer oriented approach.
· Responsible for promoting a positive public image of the company.
