Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Business Unit Head located in Karachi. The Executive Assistant will provide executive support, manage expense reports, facilitate communication, and assist with administrative tasks on a daily basis.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Management Coordinator to support our Business Unit Head while also coordinating with the broader management team. This role combines executive assistance with operational and administrative coordination, ensuring seamless communication and effective task execution across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact and support for the Business Unit Head.
Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.
Coordinate interdepartmental activities and follow-ups on key tasks.
Organize and record minutes of meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Monitor project timelines and assist in tracking performance KPIs.
Support internal management functions and decision-making processes.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
Liaise with external stakeholders as directed by the Business Unit Head or senior management.
Help organize company events, management reviews, and official gatherings.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in executive support, coordination, or administrative roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive mindset.
