GRC Executive

About the role:

We are looking for a GRC Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in access risk management and a solid understanding of manufacturing business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the development and update of GRC access risk programs, policies, and processes.
Conduct risk assessments, analyze data, and recommend mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present periodic risk management reports for senior management.
Monitor the implementation of mitigating controls and measure their effectiveness.
Assist in creating policies, procedures, and authority matrices for access risk management.
Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with business processes and risk controls.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Part-qualified ACCA or ICMA.
Experience: 3–4 years of experience in audit or operational risk management (preferably in access risk management).
Experience in manufacturing industries.
Skilled in developing policies, procedures, and authority matrices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
