Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT & Business Application Support Executive to manage, support, and optimize IT and business applications used in our BPO operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the BPO industry, with expertise in setting up and maintaining BPO applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.


Key Responsibilities:

 

Application Setup & Management: Configure, deploy, and maintain BPO applications, including CRM, dialers, ticketing systems, and other business tools.


Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support for BPO applications, resolving system issues, user access problems, and software bugs.
Process Optimization: Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless integration and automation of business processes.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues affecting BPO applications.
User Training & Documentation: Train end-users on system functionalities and create SOPs for application usage.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with IT vendors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure system uptime and security.
Security & Compliance: Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and data privacy regulations in all applications used.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and enhance application performance to support business objectives.


Technical Skills:

Experience with BPO tools such as Five9, Avaya, Genesys, or similar.
CRM and ERP application management.
Basic knowledge of networking, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
Troubleshooting Windows, VoIP, and telephony systems.
Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud-based contact center platforms.
Exposure to automation and AI-based tools in a BPO environment.
IT certifications (ITIL, CCNA, or related) are a plus.
