EFU Life Assurance Ltd. seeks a dedicated Executive Officer - Relationship Manager specializing in Corporate Benefits Operations. This role is ideal for candidates with up to two years of experience or fresh graduates who are eager to develop their careers in client relationship management within the Retail Health segment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing stakeholder coordination and fostering strong professional relationships. They will support the delivery of corporate benefits by ensuring smooth collaboration across departments and providing insightful data analysis to drive operational effectiveness. In this position, the Executive Officer will actively monitor and manage business relationships, perform comprehensive data analysis and performance reporting, and lead issue resolution efforts to maintain high levels of client satisfaction. The role demands strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills to interpret client data for trends and optimize the communication management processes. While this position does not involve team management, it requires the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and departments seamlessly, ensuring that all activities align with the companys goals and industry standards.
Responsibilities
 

  • Manage stakeholder coordination to support the Retail Health segment and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Conduct data analysis and generate performance reports to interpret client information and identify trends that influence corporate benefit operations.
  • Oversee workflow and processes across various departments to ensure operational efficiency and seamless communication.
  • Monitor business relationships closely, proactively addressing issues to resolve concerns and sustain client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement communication management plans and workflows to streamline communication strategies and improve information flow.
  • Carry out risk analysis related to corporate benefits operations to mitigate potential challenges and support decision-making.
  • Use analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify operational gaps and recommend effective solutions.
  • Maintain clear and professional verbal and written communication in all correspondence and documentation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align project activities with organizational objectives and client expectations.
  • Apply strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to foster trust and collaboration among clients and coworkers.
  • Perform performance evaluations and trend analyses on client data to support continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Manage multiple priorities efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met and high-quality output is maintained.
  • Support the implementation of communication tools and technology to enhance engagement and information dissemination.
