QA/QC

In this role, the QA/QC professional applies their comprehensive knowledge of quality management and evaluation models, including EFQM and Balanced Scorecard (BSC), to assess and enhance organizational quality performance. Proficiency in data analytics tools such as POWER BI supports evidence-based decision-making and quality reporting. The position requires strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate inspection activities and document control in alignment with company policies and industry regulations. A bachelor's degree in Quality and/or Health, Safety, and Environmental Management, combined with a NEBOSH General Certificate and a certificate in Data Analytics, ensures the candidate is well-prepared to uphold stringent quality standards within the company. This role does not involve team management but focuses on individual contribution to maintaining and advancing quality assurance processes.
Responsibilities
 

1.      The officer is responsible for the daily, weekly, and monthly collation of performance data from all projects and factories to prepare high-level dashboards.

2.      You must perform "cleaning" and review of all data to identify anomalies or exceptions before presenting reports

3.      A key accountability is ensuring effective legal and contractual QHSE reporting and submitting these reports to legal authorities, clients, and consultants.

4.      The role involves managing project onboarding for digital systems, training stakeholders on these systems, and monitoring their effective use.

1.      Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Quality/HSE Management.

2.      Certifications: NEBOSH General Certificate and Data Analytics Certification.

3.      Experience: 2-3 years in a similar QHSE data role.

4.      Technical Skills: High proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Office, and ISO Standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001).
