Role Overview
HelpDesk Automate is hiring an Office Operations Manager to run day-to-day operations from our Karachi office.
This is a hands-on execution role, where you will:
Manage staffing and daily operations
Coordinate teams and ensure work gets done
Handle real-time issues and last-minute changes
You will be responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly every day — from staff attendance to task execution.

Position Details
Location: Clifton, Karachi
Work Arrangement: 100% In-Office
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (US Time Zone Alignment)
Compensation: Market Competitive (Based on Experience)
Reports To: Managing Director
Responsibilities
Ensure all shifts are fully staffed with minimal no-shows
Confirm attendance and follow up with team members daily
Handle last-minute cancellations and arrange replacements quickly
Manage 15–30 staff across different shifts
Conduct daily briefings and assign tasks
Communicate clear expectations to team members
Monitor performance and ensure workflows are followed
Maintain constant communication with staff and leadership
Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
Handle real-time issues and solve problems independently
Ensure tasks are completed on time and as planned
Maintain discipline and structure within the office
Manage emails, meeting schedules, and follow-ups
Maintain records, spreadsheets, and attendance tracking
Assist the Managing Director in daily operational tasks
Track attendance, response times, and no-show rates
Maintain accurate data and reporting
Identify gaps and improve daily workflows
1–3 years in operations, coordination, or similar role preferred
Strong fresh candidates may also be considered
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong English communication (spoken & written)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Familiarity with tools like WhatsApp and Zoom
Strong organization and time management
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Problem-solving mindset and high accountability
Ensure smooth daily operations without disruption
Maintain low no-show rates and high attendance
Respond quickly to issues and solve them independently
Keep accurate records and track performance
Understand systems and assist with daily operations
Manage shifts and team coordination independently
Fully handle operations and reduce no-show issues
