Role: Fractional Financial Controller

Your responsibilities may include:

Managing day-to-day financial operations, general ledger oversight, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
Leading the month-end and year-end close processes, consolidations, and reporting cycles
Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and board materials
Optimizing cash flow forecasting, treasury management, and working capital strategies
Developing and strengthening internal controls, risk management frameworks, and accounting policies
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive financial visibility and strategic decision-making
Managing audit processes and relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities
Advising on ERP implementations, financial systems upgrades, and finance team best practices

Required qualities may include:

Proven experience in finance and accounting leadership, including financial control and reporting oversight
Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP, or regional equivalents)
Experience supporting multi-entity, cross-border operations is a significant advantage
Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA, CIMA) highly valued
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Xero) and modern finance tools
Proven ability to build, optimize, and scale financial processes in dynamic environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, especially with executive teams and boards
Experience working remotely, independently, or across multiple concurrent projects is preferred
