Manager Accounts

• Masters degree in accounting, finance from a recognised university
• Professional certification (e.g. CA, ACCA, CMA) preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting, finance or audting
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial regulations
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience
• Experience with financial planning, bugeting, and forecasting
• Familiarity with accounting software systems(e.g. Oracle)
• Ability to lead and manage a team of accountants and finance professionals
• Familiarity with industry specific accounting and financial regulations
• Experience with process improvement, internal controls, and financial systems implementatio

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations including accounts payable/receiveable, budgeting, reporting
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage audits
• Develop and implement financial controls and policies
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior management
