Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare financial reports, conduct financial analysis, and provide insights to support decision-making.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations. Prepare and file tax returns, including corporate income tax, payroll tax, sales tax, and other applicable taxes.
Tax Planning and Strategy: Work with tax advisors to develop tax-efficient strategies and identify potential tax savings opportunities.
Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits, providing the necessary documentation and addressing audit queries.
General Accounting: Support the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Cash Management: Assist in managing cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations. Identify and mitigate financial risks.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other finance team members and cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Equivalent certification is a plus.
At least 6 to 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or taxation.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
Proficiency in financial software and tools preferably QB online and Odoo
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
