Process Audit Executive

Seeking a detail-oriented Process Audit Executive to support execution of our Master Audit Plan across physical, documentation, financial, and ISO audits. You will drive timely audits, develop improvement recommendations, and track implementation of corrective actions.

Location: Hub - Gatron Plant, Pakistan (Transport Available)

Key Responsibilities

Execute scheduled and surprise physical audits, document observations, recommend improvements, and deliver comprehensive audit reports
Conduct documentation, financial, and pre-manufacturing audits; analyze findings and propose corrective actions
Perform quarterly ISO audits, report on non-conformities, and follow up on remediation
Maintain a self-audit register to identify process gaps and support action-planning
Coordinate closure of audit CARs and compliance issues; assess their impact on risk reduction
Reconcile monthly physical audit data against departmental records (casting, cross-casting, integration) and endorse accuracy

Qualifications & Experience

Education: ACCA Finalist/Qualified, ICMA Part-qualified/Finalist, or equivalent
Experience: 2–5 years in process/internal auditing—preferably within manufacturing or an audit firm
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for analysis and report writing)
Hands-on experience with physical, documentation, financial, and ISO audits
