About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, exceptional Excel skills, and proficiency in English. This role reports directly to the Head of FP&A and offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development. A critical responsibility of this role is the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the forecasting model.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

Perform data analysis using Excel, including pivot tables, data tables, and power queries.

Support the development and maintenance of financial models and dashboards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.

Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations as required.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in data analysis

Strong understanding of accounting principles.

Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in pivot tables, data tables, and power queries.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in financial software and tools is a plus.
