We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated International Sales Executive to join our team and spearhead sales growth in the United States market. This full-time role is based in Karachi, Shahrah e Faisal, with working hours aligned to US time zones, either from 9 PM to 3 AM or 12 AM to 9 AM. The ideal candidate will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with students in the US, effectively promoting our services, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. This position requires proactive client engagement, a dynamic sales approach, and excellent customer relationship management skills. The role includes travel responsibilities and offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs200,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales operations targeting students in the United States (RSP).
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and service promotion.
- Identify new sales opportunities and markets to expand the company’s presence in the US.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in international sales, preferably with a focus on the US market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (9 PM to 3 AM or 12 AM to 9 AM) to align with US time zones.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with sales tracking tools and CRM software is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development activities.
