In this role, you will play a key part in achieving flydubai's passenger sales targets within the Pakistani market. You will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with travel agencies and key accounts, and contribute significantly to flydubai's market share and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve passenger sales targets for the assigned region within Pakistan.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other key accounts
  • Negotiate and secure sales contracts with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Conduct presentations and product briefings to promote flydubai's destinations, services, and special offers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand flydubai's customer base in Pakistan.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations to track performance and provide insights for sales leadership.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent flydubai.
  • Exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service and support.

Knowledge / Skills

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the travel and tourism industry in Pakistan.

Additional Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the travel and tourism industry in Pakistan
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with airline reservation systems (GDS) a plus
  • Fluency in English and Urdu, with additional languages a bonus.
