Sales Representative

This full-time position presents an exciting opportunity to engage directly with clients in the real estate sector. The role focuses on connecting with potential customers, providing detailed information about various real estate projects, and guiding them throughout their property search journey. The successful candidate will proactively manage leads, perform market analyses, coordinate site visits, and maintain accurate records, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate phone calls to new customers and provide comprehensive briefings on real estate projects.
- Conduct comparative market analysis to accurately estimate property values.
- Schedule appointments and organize site visits for prospective clients.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to build strong relationships and convert them into clients.
- Log call details, lead information, and updates meticulously in the CRM system.
- Offer clients valuable insights about properties, current market trends, and company services.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; a master’s degree is considered an advantage.
- Minimum of six months’ experience in the real estate industry.
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable participating in on-camera activities for social media content creation.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
