We focus on software development, automation, and performance marketing services. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a motivated Sales Lead – PPC to spearhead revenue growth by promoting our performance marketing offerings. This role involves engaging prospective clients through consultative selling and developing strategic relationships to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads interested in PPC services through both outbound and inbound sales efforts.
- Consult with clients to understand their PPC objectives and create customized proposals that meet their needs.
- Collaborate closely with the PPC strategy team to ensure accurate project scoping and smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, closing deals, and transitioning clients to the delivery teams.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and provide reliable revenue forecasts.
- Keep CRM systems such as HubSpot, GHL, or Salesforce updated with all sales activities and client communications.
- Stay current with the latest PPC trends, competitor offerings, and industry benchmarks to position our services effectively.
- Partner with the marketing team to improve pitch materials, case studies, and other sales collateral.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or PPC services.
- Solid understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and key performance marketing metrics.
- Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools.
- Analytical mindset capable of translating business goals into effective marketing solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience selling PPC, SEO, or other digital marketing services.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Meta Business Suite.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency or SaaS environment.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Zamzama Phase V. Candidates should be comfortable commuting to this location.
